Thomas Stephens is a Senior Advisor in the Economic & Financial Consulting practice, having worked with governments at federal, state and local levels for well over 30 years.

Tom was in the Western Australian parliament from 1982-2013, serving as Minister with portfolios including Housing & Works; Regional Development; Local Government and Heritage.
Most recently, Tom has served as Chair of the WA Gascoyne Development Commission. He is currently a Board member with a number of charitable and Aboriginal community organisations, including IBN, WDLAC and MG Corp; Tom is also a Director at DSF-SPELD and Board Member of Lost & Found Opera.
Tom was awarded an Order of Australia medal in January 2014 for his work with Indigenous Australians and his services to regional Australia and the State Parliament.
