Natalie Carter

Natalie Carter is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting and is based in Singapore. A financial services communications specialist, Ms. Carter has led a wide range of strategic marketing and communications programmes for some of the world’s leading financial and professional services providers in London, New York and across the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Carter joined FTI Consulting in 2011 and has spent more than 15 years consulting clients on numerous award-winning media relations campaigns, complex internal communications and employee engagement programmes, high-profile crisis and issues management cases and corporate reputation management programmes. In addition, she has also led and managed the press office for a number of large industry events and conferences.

Ms. Carter started her communications career in London with a specialist financial services PR firm, Penrose Financial, advising clients such as Credit Suisse Asset Management, Investec Asset Management, Aberdeen Asset Management, CoFunds and State Street.

In 2006, she returned to her hometown Singapore to join Grayling Asia. Leading their financial services and professional services team, she advised clients such as BlackRock, Threadneedle, ICAP, Saxo Capital Markets, Zurich International Life and Diageo, among others.

Her current clients include BNY Mellon, Threadneedle, M&G Investments, Zurich Insurance, Westpac, Societe Generale, State Street Investments and Hogan Lovells.
