David Rogers is a Managing Director in the Economic and Financial Consulting practice of FTI Consulting, based in London. He specialises in the valuation of businesses, shares and intangible assets, and in the quantification of complex damages, such as those arising from contractual, shareholder, joint venture, post-acquisition and intellectual property disputes.
David has advised on valuation, damages and intellectual property matters in contentious and non contentious contexts. He has prepared expert reports for matters in the High Court of England & Wales, the UK First Tier Tax Tribunal and in arbitrations under the rules of ICC, ICSID and other arbitral tribunals.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, David was a senior manager at LECG and, before that, an executive in Ernst & Young’s London corporate finance practice.
David holds a BSc (Class I) in Economics from the University of Warwick and is a Chartered Accountant.
