Matthew Chivers

Matthew Chivers has over 17 years of commercial, corporate advisory and turnaround experience. He has led projects for financial institutions in restructuring and turnaround advisory, managed operations of underperforming businesses, and managed business sale and capital raising transactions.

Services provided include interim management, cash and working capital management, forecasting and sensitivity analysis, operational and financial reporting, independent business reviews, financial modelling, due diligence and business sale transactions in distressed and non-distressed situations.

Matthew has experience across a broad range of industries, including mining, retail and consumer products, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, financial services, transport, marine, and property.

Matthew has led numerous informal restructuring assignments including independent business and strategic reviews on behalf of secured lenders, and led stabilisation and management of businesses under external administration.
