Clive Holloway Appointed Senior Director in the Asia Pacific Construction Solutions Practice

FTI Consulting is pleased to announce that Clive Holloway has joined the firm as a Senior Director and Programming Expert for the Asia Pacific Construction Solutions practice. He will be based in Hong Kong.

Mr. Holloway is an accomplished forensic programmer and delay analyst, who previously worked in Hong Kong for six years from 1998 to 2004. He brings to the team a wealth of experience in the resolution of time-related disputes in both litigation and arbitration situations; the preparation and assessment of extension of time claims; and Programming Expert support for the construction industry sector.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Holloway worked with international consultancy firms based in Singapore, the UK and the Middle East, providing Programme Delay Expert services. Mr. Holloway has worked in various sectors on many major construction and engineering projects including rail, road, airport and high-rise developments, and he is a welcome addition to FTI Consulting’s team of experts. Mr. Holloway will join Dr. Chris Jackson in our Hong Kong office, further strengthening our forensic planning service offering across Asia Pacific.

Mr. Holloway has acted as an expert witness on several occasions in arbitration and litigation proceedings arising from time-related disputes on construction projects, and has produced many expert reports. He has extensive experience in preparing claims for contractors or defending claims for employers. Mr. Holloway has an astute analytical mind that makes him ideally suited to provide sound advice both to contractors and employers involved in time-related disputes resulting in project delays.
